Charlie Puth is moving out of the 90210 area, at least for now. The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter is in the process of selling his midcentury modern home to Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star Josh Flagg, according to a source from AD. This off-market deal is reportedly under contract, as reported by Robb Report.
Puth originally listed the property in November 2023 for $17 million before reducing the price to $14 million in May, as per TMZ. The price was further reduced to $11 million, which became the final listing price. This sale follows a month after Puth’s wedding, which took place at his family’s home in the celebrity-favored location of Montecito, California.
Puth initially purchased the home in 2017 for $9 million from photographer Matthew Rolston. The property is a 4,800-square-foot house situated in the prestigious Trousdale Estates neighborhood, shortly after Puth sold his Mediterranean villa in the Hollywood Hills for $2 million.
The Beverly Hills house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and was constructed in 1965 by architect Rex Lotery. Initially owned by Freddie de Cordova, a producer of The Tonight Show during Johnny Carson’s era, the house earned the nickname “The de Cordova House.” It was also known as a social gathering place for advisers to President Ronald Reagan. Lotery designed many notable homes, including Elvis and Priscilla Presley’s residence, also situated in Trousdale Estates.
